We keep our focus deliberately narrow: residential properties in Durham Region. That focus lets us understand the communities we serve and give every owner a personal level of service.
We believe pricing should be simple. That’s why we charge a clear monthly rate per unit — $50 for condominiums and $75 for houses and townhouses — rather than a percentage of rent.
